And it's happened more than once. > Thanks dr. marchbein. i went off the pill at the end of januray the first day of period was jan 23rd. i had a 29 day cycle as my first cycle off the pill (1st day of period - feb. 21). on march 14 i began light bleeding. my periods are light - very light when on the pill. it got a little stronger and tapered off to a total of 7 days. due to the length, i just assumed that rather than implantation bleeding i had a weird cycle this month as a result of recently going off birth control. well, my husband and i began talking and pieced a few things together. i have had fatigue, nasuea when smoking in the last few days, and dry heaves this morning. when i was pregnant with my first and only child my only symptoms were mild nausea around ciggarette smoke and a little breast tenderness after confirmation of pregnancy. i think after getting this info about implantation bleeding i will take myself a pregnancy test tomorrow. and QUIT smoking. been trying to and hope i just found the right motivation. thanks, vicki
