I am 5 months pregnant and for about a month now...there is this dry skin around my nipples. What is causing this? the rest of my breast isn't dry...but teh nipples keep flaky white stuff on them and right in the center of my nipples are white spots and when i scrape it out with my finger nail...it is thick. what exactly is this?
