What are the symptoms of a severe uterine infection? I don`t believe that mine is serious but I'd like to know what to look for. Right now, it`s somewhat similar to the flu: tired, low fever, headache, lower backache, tenderness in the abdomen (especially when I walk). I also have some dull pains in my upper thighs. How long before the oral antibiotics begin to work usually? Is it OK if I take Motrin to control the pain?
