These are the ones that should continue out to approximately 20, then rupture out (ovulate). The 33 follicle likely represents a dysmature follicle and may have been a "hanger on" from a previous cycle-wouldn't count on much from that one. What a coincidence, I am 29 for the fifteenth time.
