As long as the fetus was seen moving and had a heart beat on ultrasound, don't sweat it. It means nothing that the baby's heart beat could not be heard with the office doppler. The dopplers are nice, but occasionally it is difficult to pick up early fetal heart tones. The ultrasound signifies that everything is fine at this point.
