I am certainly not a doctor but I have heard of people who gain a newer level of comfort from a chiropractor. Pelvic pain and hips out of alignment sound like things that a chiropractor could help. If you decide to go that route, be sure it is one who specializes in Applied Kinesiology - they do muscle testing which is very gentle and in my opinion, gets to the problem better. Good luck. I'm sure this is very difficult!
