Yolk sacs above 5mm have a markedly increased risk of abnormality. Your idea of CVS or amnio is a good one. Unable to answer the question about the progesterone supplementation. Is the prog. supplement keeping the pregnancy going or is the low progesterone part of the picture of a genetic abnomrmality where the large yolk sac is another "marker"?
