Want Third Child Not Sure Of Doctor

I would like to have a third child. I have a 7 year old and a 9 year old. I questioned my doctors decisions during the second pregnancy and both deliveies. During the second pregnancy I experienced a lot of physical pain. During the normal six hour delivery my contractions stopped when it was time to bear down and push(with no meds). The baby would not come out. Between no contractions to bear down and push against and a baby with a very broad upper body, the small cut doc made ripped beyond belief by the time the baby finally did emerge. The worst part was after the delivery. Something was very wrong with my body. It often felt like there was an electric current shooting from the core of my body to the tips of my fingers and toes. The nurse looked at me strange when I told her. She wrote it off as "You just delivered a baby". This lasted about 6 months amongst other symptoms that wore off slowly. About 2 weeks after the delivery I felt very "blue". This lasted about 2 weeks. However in the midst of my physical mess I developed symtoms simular to Chronic Fatigue(about 25 symptoms) that lasted beyond the prior(about 5 years). The doctor knew the delivery was difficult but aside from that he said I looked to good to have CFS and suggested I see a pshyciatrist(sp?). I left him and found a good General Docter. Although he could not explain what happened the first year after delivery, he felt I may have been suffering from post partum depression. We think he may have been right. Now, my question is: I've been seeing a new OBGYN for a few years now. I have shared some apprehension to another vaginal birth and she does not seem concerned with my past experience and encourages vaginal birth. After five (5!!) years of physical hell should I find another doctor? If so, HOW?
