My daughter is 25 weeks pregnant and is on bedrest for possible preterm labor, she was having some pains several weeks ago but they have subsided. Her SalEst was negative. She was told that she is dilated to 1 centimeter, but not experiencing any pain. Does this mean there is a greater possibility of a preterm delivery? What are the odds when this dilation happens at this stage of the pregnancy? Thanks so very much!
