Hi there. I started feeling kicks at around 16 weeks and this is my first too. I felt the first kick at 16 wks and wasnt sure until a week later when it started being more regular. I never felt the flutterings that I have heard about (or maybe just didnt know what they were). My uterus is tilted back and I barely show at all at 19 weeks. I had heard that you started feeling things later with a first pregnancy and was totally shocked when I felt movement earlier. So it is possible and I guess everyone is different.
