Should I try again?

I am a 30-year old female of fairly good health except for borderline chronic hypertension that has been treated with medication since my last pregnancy 5 years ago. With my first pregnancy almost 11 years ago I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia at 30 weeks and had an emergency C-section at that time. My son, though premature and very ill, is doing well today. Five years ago my husband and I finally worked up the courage to try again. Unfortunately I had problems from the start with my blood pressure. Despite medication and eventually bed rest my BP continued to be elevated. At 32 weeks my baby's heartbeat could not be detected and I had a C-section to terminate the pregnancy. Since that time I remain on medication with BP's of 130-140's/80-90's. Also since the last pregnancy I have remained about 50lb overweight (I've been battling depression ever since). I would like to try once more to have a baby but am terrified that I'd be taking too much of a risk. I know that getting in the best shape I can would help have a more successful pregnancy but with the last pregnancy I was of average weight and "doing everything right". Does it make any sense for me to try again or is there just too much risk involved? I have access to the best high-risk OB doctor in the state so I know I could be monitored very carefully. I would appreciate any medical opinions. Thanks.
