I have a very close friend who has been diagnosed with rectocele, cystocele, and uterus prolapse. My question is does that mean she most likely has vaginal prolapse and enterocele too?? She is in great distress as she is 25 years old. She does not think it was caused from the birth but rather from severely straining shortly afert. What treatment options are out there as she was very, very active but also wish to have two more children (if possible) and yet keep her quality of life.
