Some swelling, especially in hte morning, is not uncommon -- you sleep on your side, with your head on your arms and fluid accumulates. Swelling may also be a sign of preeclampsia, high blood pressure in pregnancy. If your hands are swollen only in the morning (and your feet only at the end of the day) and you do not have any headaches, blurry vision or facial swelling == and your blood pressure has been ok -- then this is probably nothing to worry about, and you can discuss it at your next visit (which at this point should be every week),But, if you have any of these other symptoms, or if your blood pressure has been creeping up, call your doctor
