Cailin,
There is no right nor wrong party here. I totally understand your
frustration -- I remember being in tears a couple of times, too. What
you need to evaluate is whether or not you feel you still have a good
relationship with this Doctor. Try and remember he doesn't know much of
your story. He doesn't appear to be the cause of your frustration --
his staff, on the other hand, does.
If you are not comfortable with the standard of care, it is never a
crazy idea to change doctors. Good luck with your decision.
