No problem, you can have the second one.

Does the prolapse and rectocele need to be corrected first

Not necessary, one has to look into the severity and the extent of the descent and the problem.

Yes and No. Depends on the type of surgery, the process of labor, vaginal or cesarean birth, elective or emergency, and so many other factors. >
