As long as you are keeping liquids down, most MD's will be OK with continued nausea. Try small frequent meals, nothing spicy or greasy, lots of liquids, eat what you feel like you can tolerate, if a bag of chips and a coke seems to be what you can handle so be it. Right now do not be so concerned with what you are eating. Most time nausea improves at around 12-15 weeks.
