Last summer I started taking the recommended doses of vitamins advocated by > Dr. Andrew Weil's book, 8 Weeks to Spontaneous Healing. This included > 25,000 units of beta carotene, 800 i.u. of vitamin E, 200 mcg. of selenium, > 2000-3000 units of Vitamin C, and a Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc combination- > all per day.
