Could anyone tell me the cost of Intrauterine Artificial Insemination (with husband's sperm). I suspect I might need the procedure, and my insurance won't cover it. I live in the midwest and work with an RE at a university hospital. ('Don't know if that matters.)

Also, how do people pay for the procedure? Do hospitals provide plans where one can pay in installments?
