I was given methotrexate yesterday to treat an ectopic in my right fallopian tube (6 weeks LMP). I had awful lower back pain for several hours yesterday and some cramps which led me to believe that I would begin miscarrying at any time. I then had a good night and I feel relatively OK this morning. I still have some pinching at my right ovary area. If the treatment has worked, when can I expect my periods?
