one of my patient who is 23 years old and married

since 2 years had;(she took folic acid) # early fetal loss at 8 week though the FH beat were seen at 7 weeks

#6 months later she got pregnant which ended at 8 weeks in ectopic prgnancy which was viable till the time of the exploration

#8 months later she got pregnant which ended in missed abrtion at8.5 week(like her first one)though it was viable till 7 weeks we had done; *complete bl. picture,urine analysis *TORCH *random blood sugar *kidney function *anticardiolipin titre *rheumatoid factor but all are within normal range

her husband is 39 years old, 180cm, 79kg, non-smoker he is not a relative all his brothers and sisters had children no history in his family of anomalies or similar condition healthy

## so what can we do other than KARYOTYPING ## what mangement you suggest; progesterone support HCG support low dose aspirin

or what else
