I am currently three weeks post partum with my first child. My lochia had decreased to a light pink color and became very late. However, the past few days I've returned to a discharge that seems very much like my period (including mood swing and some menstrual like cramps that are very mild, much like the first day or two of my usual cycle). Is it possible to have had my period return this soon? Should I contact my doctor or give it a few days to see what happens? any advice would be appreciated.
