If the ectopic is early, small, and unruptured, the Methotrexate is very safe and effective, and avoids the need for surgery (and the risks inherent therein). You will need Rhogam if you have not had it in this pregnancy so far. If you are bleeding now, you need it now. This is not likely to be related to your miscarriage, but once a woman has had an ectopic, she remains at high risk for the remainder of her reproductive life. The exact risk depends on the cause of the ectopic, which we may never know.
