Thank-you for your help I am so sorry for your sister and her husband. Unfortuntely, without seeing the sono, it's nearly impossible to even start a list of possiblities. She shoudl speak to her doctor about this and ask for a referral to a perinatologist if not enough is known about whatever the condition is.
