Sensitized to D & C blood antigens

I posted a question a few days ago about testing positive for D & C antibodies in my blood. I had a repeat antibody titer done, and the level of these antibodies has risen. The levels are now at 64:1 and 16:1 respectively. I have an appointment with a perinatologist this coming Friday, but I want to have some information to go in there with.

If I understand correctly, the anti-D antibody is the same as the anti-Rh antibody? I am A-, but I received Rhogam shots in my only previous pregnancy and after delivery. We had hoped that the antibody levels in my blood were throwbacks of the antibodies contained in the Rhogam injection, but if that were the case the levels should have decreased.

What are the diagnostic tests that are available for Rh- women who have high antibody levels in early pregnancy (I am 14 weeks).

What is the treatment for the fetus if the levels do go up, or if the baby is determined to be anemic as a result of the anti-D and anti-C antibodies?

What is the survival rate for the baby with treatment of this condition?

Basically, I just would like to know what to expect. Also, if you have any information on the anti-C antibody, I would like to hear that...or some references that I could consult online. There is a lot of basic information on Rh disease, but it is mostly summary and not very detailed. I have been able to find little or nothing about the anti-C antibody.

Thank you,
