Hi!

This is a good description. As I lay there wondering why my back felt like it was breaking I thought to myself "oooooh, this must be "back labor" My daughter was also born with posterior presention. My second labor was "regular abdominal or whatever labor" and it was nothing compared to the back pain of the first time. That baby was born the normal (non-posterior?) way.
