Drink bottled water. Avoid the sun as much as possible, and slather on the sunscreen. You may be a bit more prone to motion sickness than usual, so prepare in advance (get your doctor to help). Take a copy of your obstetrical record if you have one already. Tanning beds are bad for your skin (not your pregnancy, just your skin). Have a good time. My wife and I just had a getaway to Jamaica last month, and had a wonderful time.
