it will take some time for your body to regulate itself and after being on the pill your cycle can change. give your body a few months to get regulated back to its own cycle again.

i just went off the pill myself at the beginning of february, there is a web page that will chart your cycles for you i am using. it will calculate the optimal time for ovulation based on your cycle, but you have to input three cycles first:

i am chrating only my cycles since being off the pill.
