25 weeks & stomach trauma HELP ASAP

i was playing with family last night & was kicked very hard
in stomach right side by belly button - i have not felt but one flutter
immid. after & nothing more - my baby is fairly active - it has been
over 12 hours. i have light spotting that came & went nothing more .
stomach hurts & slightly bruised but uterus appears to be remaining very
hard. should i go call ob - or is unlikely that a blow at this stage
could cause harm... thank you in advance karen
