You may deliver anytime from now onwards until 10 +_ 4days (induction/priming is done based on the individual OBGY unit's protocols starting from the due date and so on). Face presentation (anterior) do take long hours.

Bearing down pains & anal dilataions. The contraction becomes more frequent, strong with a period of relaxation ( shortens near the time of bearing down).

It's definitely excess. Offcoarse, there may not be any problem other than having a good size baby (get an assessment done regards the approx. weight to ensure normal vaginal delivery, i.e., rule out any impending cephalo-pelvic disproportion. Also,I hope you do not have protein or sugar in the urine and be careful with your BP fluctuations specially if it's rising or other symptoms such as headache, visual disturbances, pain epigastrium, dyspnea etc. Consult your OBGY.
