<< I just wanted to know the protocol for taking this. When day of your cycle do you start it? What would be the normal dose per day ? And how often do your have bloodwork and ultrasounds done ? And do you have to do IUI's with this ? I would rather not, as my DH thinks that the sperm washing lowers his count. He already has a low count. Can anyone help with any information with this ? >>

I used Gonal F for two cycles and started it on my 3rd day and used any where from 2 to 4 amps for 7 days. I had ultrasounds and bloodwork done every other day or every day depending on my response. My first u/s and E2 levels were checked after 3 days of meds, then I had them checked every 1 to 2 days.
