The laparoscopic procedure more so instilling the dye(chromopertubation) through the tube may open up the blocked passage in the reproductive tract generally thin adhesions or flimsy adhesions that might have been responsible for tubal block/ preventing passge of sperms upward causing infertility.

What if i conceive before > the surgery? Any suggestions??

Chances of conceiving before surgery does not arise because the procedure is undertaken 7-10 days after your period that is before the ovalution. > Thanks!!
