Also, one theory is that endo produces some sort of substance that may impair fertilization or implantataion even if there is not significant scarring, and reducing hte amount of endo may increase the odds of getting pregnant. If yes when should we try after? As soon as your doc says you can have sex!
What if i conceive before
>the surgery? You should have a preg test done shortly before surgery -- if positive, the surgery should be cancelled.
