I am new at taking my temp. This is my first chart. I'm now at day 29 and for the last two mornings my temps have been rising (37.2) Since ovulation (day 19) my temps have been (37.0 or 37.1) I was just wondering if a rise in temp. at this point in my cycle is normal. Is 37.2 very high? Also, since my ovulation was at day 19, can I assume that I'll start menstruating 14-15 days after ovulation (day 34-35)? I've always had shorter cycles (27-28 days). Since my miscarriage back in September, I've had irregular cycles(mostly 30-34 days) Is this normal or should I get it checked out. My periods have always been painful, but since the miscarriage they are excruciating! Thanks for your help.
