Pregnancy, while wonderful, is also incredibly stressful. Your body is not your own, you have all sorts of wierd aches and pains, you are going to have another little person to take care of and provide for. Heck, it's a wonder we are not all basket cases for the 9 months of pregnancy and the first 18 years after the kid is born! You need to find someone you can discuss your feeling with. A therapist or psychologist would be a good choice. With appropriate treatment and counseling, you should be able to enjoy your pregnancy. It is okay to be depressed -- it is not okay to not get the help you need and deserve.
