If your temps stay up for 16 days or longer then you are most likely pregnant. By this time your period should have come if you were not and a home pregnancy test would be quite accurate. Temps go down again within a few days of your next period starting. (Day before, day of, or day after - depending on when your progesterone level drops off.) Keep us posted! Mary
