I am 13+ weeks pregnant and have started drinking RRL tea last week. I am not normally a hot tea drinker and this stuff is NASTY hot, IMHO. I tried a mixture based on a recommendation from another list I am on and it is now *very* good. I steep equal amounts of RRL tea and Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger (this is just raspberry flavored tea-not the uterine tonic) in boiling water for 15 minutes, remove the bags and then let it cool before putting it in the fridge. I make enough for 2-3 days (64 oz) at a time.

I found RRL and RZ at my local natural foods (co-op) store. You can order it online too. The RRL tea I have is by Traditional Medicinals and I chose it for two reasons; 1) it comes in individual tea bags and I do not have to mess with loose tea (as I am not really a tea person, LOL!), and 2) because it is pure RRL with nothing added. There are many blends out there so be sure you know what you are buying. Some of the blends contained herbs I had not checked out and I wasn't going to buy something that I was not completely sure of.

If you want more info, please feel free to contact me privately!
