Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: when does blood test show a + result" I have had varying answers to my question of when a blood test detects enough hcg to give a positive result. I recently had a blood test with hcg of 96. One doc says I was at least 10 days pg because it doesn't show up before then. Another says I was just a couple of days pg.
