OUCH! A broken tailbone can be ab extremely painful event! Try a doughnut type pillow (air pillow with middle cut out) Ibuprofen or Tylenol. Also check with MD, he may advice physical therapy consult for excercises. Also warm heat may help, also suggest stool softener if not already taking, the last thing you want with a sore bottom is constipation.
