I am so sorry for your lost. We had a miscarriage between our 2 daughters. Physically after D&C I was fine the next day. However, the sad feelings last a long time. For a long time I did not want ever to be pregnant again for fear of loss. #2 daughter came out of the blue, did not expect to be pregant agian. I wish I could tell you that it will be all better soon, but I can not. It does take time, but it will improve. I agree 100% with others to keep communication open with mate, and others who are suportive. I heard many useless comments like "it was God's will" or "you are so young anyway". A miscarriage is not anyone's "fault" unfortunately things happen that are out of our conrol. Hang in there, and take it 1 day at a time
