Hi! I also miscarried a few months back (I was 11 weeks and began to spot and when we had an ultrasound there was no heart beat. I still have good and bad days emotionally, even though I felt better physically better within a few days. I suggest talking to your doctor and your mate or another close friend. Keeping your feelings inside doesn't help, it hurts. Good luck! Julie
