I had those exact symptoms after my 1st D&C. I had menstrual like cramps that made me think AF was coming and it never did. It was like it was trying to come and then didn't quite make it. I finally had one 3 months later. You may just be anovulatory - your doctor can give you something to make you ovulate so you can have a period. Mine gave me something to start a period and it never did. My new doctor told me that what I should have done was take something for ovulation - not for a period.
