Yes stress can wreck havoc on the menstrual cycle. However, you also could be pregnant. I think it is time to bite the bullet and go on and get the pregnancy test done. Just because you had a rough time with 1st delivery does not mean you will with subsequent pregnancies. Each pregnancy and delivery is uniquely different. The sooner you know for sure, the sooner you can establish prenatal care if indicated. If you are not pregnant, I would consider stress a big factor.
