You have just made a perfect textbook description of "Montgomery's Tubercles" An English physician named "Montgomery" first described these in the 1850's and recommended that they be used for diagnosing pregnancy. They are a perfectly normal change that is brought about by the hormones of pegnancy. Fatigue is also a symptom of early pregnancy. Perfectly normal.
