Sounds as if you need to be seen by MD. Racing pulse and dizziness along with prolonged vomitting and inability to hold down liquids sounds like dehydration. Call MD. Also try small frequent meals,if unable to do meals, try whatever you think you can handle, if it is potato chips, so be it. The goal here is to get something in, can worry about nutrition once the vomitting under control. Also popsicles are a good way to get fluids and a little sugar in.
