That all depends on the discharge. In general, if the discharge is associated with itching and/or burning, or a foul smell, it is considered to be abnormal and to require treatment. Pregnancy changes your natural vaginal discharge, but it also makes you more prone to the abnormal ones, like yeast infections. In the end, you will have to be seen by your doctor to be sure.
