I have two perfect daughters aged six and one and would love to have a 3rd child. I seem to be able to conceive quite easily but the problem is that I suffered threatened miscarriages with both successful pregnancies and have also had at least one miscarriage (missed abortion at 6 weeks and "lost" it naturally at 12 weeks)in between. In each case the problems have been up to about 7 weeks with severe cramps, bleeding etc. I have had no complications thereafter.

Does this sound as if I have some sort of hormonal imbalance in early pregnancy? Could anyone offer any other possible explanations?
