A lot of things can affect it. For example, did you have any alcohol the night before? I know I had a few "high" numbers here and there but after a while you should see an overall pattern. Also, I have had anovulatory cycles where my temps went up and down the whole month. That could be it - but I think it's too early to say.

If you don't have it already, read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's very good. She's got more info than you could want on BBT charting.
