MiscarriageFrom: Tammie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 14 Jan 2000 14:47:24 -0600 (CST)
Do you believe or are there any statistics to show if a pelvic sonogram can cause a miscarriage? I have just suffered a loss at 9 weeks which was discovered at 12 weeks. Pelvic sonograms had been performed at weeks 6 and 8 with a heartbeat detected both times. I have three children (full term births) This technology was not used in my other pregnancies - Of course I also am now 40 and age could play a significant piece of this. Please advice Thank you tammie vogler
