I'm now at day 34 of my cycle and still haven't had my period (only spotting for the past 3 or 4 days) The problem is that last night I woke up to cramping and some blood (still brown) so I assumed that I was starting my period. Therefore I took 2 advil and went back to bed. This morning I noticed that I didn't start and am still only spotting. Will my two advil be dangerous to the baby if I am pregnant? Thank you in advance for your reply.
