confused off pill...

Iam 27 yrs married for 3 yrs, was on Alesse Bcp since 3 yrs. Now we have decided to get conceived for first time.My first of cycle day was 6th jan,then I left my pills.There are few quetions which Iam hesitant to ask my doc.

1. How many months should I wait after leaving pills in order to get pregnant. 2. Or should I right away get pregnant, will it be possible to get pregnant soon after leaving pills. 3. In what position should we have Sex ? 4. After Sex should I go and wash my self.How long should I wait before washing.

5. If I can't get pregnant after 6 months will I be considered infertile..
